Charles Peal, Founder and Managing Director
Charles began developing a model based on market timing in response to the events of 2008. His previous career was as CEO of a private equity group and in investment management with Legal & General. He has always been convinced it is possible to add value in the passive investment arena, either by geographic asesst allocation, or by timing, or both. He currently chairs a Luxembourg SICAV-SIF and is a director of an AIM-listed company.
David Hudec, Director
David manages the company's IT resources and is responsible for computer programming and reporting.
